May Music Club
May Music Club is a dynamic non-profit society founded by a Crofton student, May Tian (grade 11). Committed to making music education accessible to all, the club offers free lessons for children in a diverse range of musical disciplines, including music theory (harmony, history, analysis), piano, cello, percussion, ear training, sight reading, etc.
Driven by a shared passion for music, May Music Club serves as a creative hub for a community of young artists who collaborate on various projects and initiatives. Through lively discussions on musical ideals and explorations of innovative possibilities within the realm of music, the club members collectively strive to create a positive social impact. Their endeavours extend beyond musical pursuits as they develop essential organizational and management skills, culminating in the orchestration of inspiring charity concerts and other community-driven events.
May Music Club remains dedicated to its mission of widening access to musical education and nurturing a lifelong love for music among children, thus paving the way for a promising future generation of musicians and music enthusiasts. Aiming to instill a deep appreciation for the arts and allow children to experience first-hand the transformative power of music.
I am thrilled to share my passion for music with you and invite you to join me for an upcoming performance. Check out my performance schedule below and make plans to come hear the beautiful music that we will create together!
